See Screen, the next generation interacting device will replace the existing technology of Touch-Screen. This paper presents astonishing way for interacting with the computer based system and controlling and commanding made easy without actually touching the screen or physical keyboard. It uses eyes for commanding the device using real-time contact-free eye-gaze tracking system that bases its accuracy in a very precise estimation of the pupil centre. After a calibration procedure, the line of gaze is determined by using the pupil-glint vector and the position is estimated and sent to the controller. Successively the paper discusses two methods for detecting the function to be performed. Firstly, staring at a point constantly for pre specific period of time (around 2--3 seconds) and secondly blinking of eyes while staring a point to be selected. |
