This decade has seen the evolution and growing maturity of an increasing number of OSI Standards. In parallel, significant work has taken place worldwide on the development of OSI Conformance Testing Methodology and Technology. These efforts are now resulting in quality, harmonised Conformance Testing Services available from such programmes as the European Commission Conformance Test Service (CTS) developments. The success of OSI requires the availability of such services if the promises for OSI are to be realised for the User Community. |
