Abstract | ||

In this paper we propose a framework of building communication features as web widgets and compose these widgets to better serve users with highly customizable features, friendly user interfaces, and easier integration with other web services. We address several challenges of the widgetizing process, including feature interaction handling, inter-widget communication, integrating phone, desktop and network communication resources. We also present the implementation of our framework. |
