In this paper decentralized controllers are designed for mean square stability of large scale systems with linear time-invariant distributed subsystems. The subsystems are subject to Gaussian process and measurement noise. For the stability analysis of the system we also consider the effects of noisy and limited capacity communication channels used for exchanging information between subsystems. Hence, the proposed scheme is suitable for controlling networks of Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS). |
