Abstract | ||
---|---|---|
Implication of association rules is compared with material implication and conditional in standard conditional models for conditional logic. Then, association rules are shown to be translated into probability-based graded conditionals. Further co-occurrence as the basis for confidence of association rules is examined and then evidence-based confidence is newly introduced. |
