Title
A New Hybrid ARQ Scheme Employing Signal Constellation Rearrangement
Abstract
A New hybrid ARQ scheme employing signal constellation rearrangement for improving the throughput efficiency is proposed in this paper. The proposed HARQ scheme only retransmits those bits with lower reliability, which is the main reason for packet error. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that a significant gain of throughput efficiency is achieved by the proposed HARQ scheme with only a marginal increase in complexity.
