Abstract | ||

Coded MIMO-OFDM is the main feature of Beyond 3G mobile communication system. In this paper, we present a Coded MIMO OFDM scheme, namely Spatial Temporal Turbo Channel Coding (STTCC). The scheme combines channel coding (trellis/turbo), modulation and spatial multiplexing together to achieve high data rate and performance, and is effective with a small number of receive antenna. This includes the case of only one receive antenna, to meet the weight, size and battery consumption requirements of the terminal. |
