Title
AC-DC transfer comparator for the calibration of thermal voltage converters against josephson alternating voltage standards
Abstract
This paper describes a new measurement system for the comparison of alternating voltage standards based on the Josephson effect with thermal voltage converters. The target is to achieve an uncertainty of 0.1 muV/V at frequencies up to 10 kHz. The present work achieves an uncertainty of 0.2 muV/V up to 2 kHz.
