Usually, in an industrial context, the design of discrete control law to drive manufacturing system is assume off line by several experts. This is mainly due to the lack of a generic method to model the controlled system abilities. Consequently, not only the design of all the control laws mobilizes many PLC program developers, but also, in case of unexpected resources failures, the reconfiguration process can be only considered from a manual point of view. So, to bring a solution in this field of research, first a methodological approach to model a controlled system is given. Second, based on such a resulting model, an automated discrete control law synthesis is proposed to provide a law compatible with one of the CEI 61131-3 languages. |
