Discusses the problems and triumphs encountered while setting up Marcel, a prototype electronic document delivery system being tested at the University of Northern Colorado, USA; and the progression from sending MIME messages to each other, and then to individual patrons. Touches briefly on software and hardware requirements and availability. Finally, looks at this pilot project's future potential. |
