Title
Discrete Tree Rational Transforms
Abstract
This paper describes a new approach to discrete nonlinear transform constructions. The approach combines rational approximation idea with a special procedures termed tree processing. Such combinations permit the exploitation of the advantages of specific numerical methods and lead to a considerable reduction in cost of data transmission.
