Abstract | ||

This paper proposes a modelling methodology that enables models to be created about the relationships between direct workers, their working environment and their subsequent performance. This methodology has been demonstrated and validated in a study at Found Motor Company. This study is described along with the simplifications and assumptions that were made to enable such experimentation. |
