In this paper, we introduce concepts in control theory to provide fundamental mechanisms for sustainable and predictable performance in real-time computer graphics software. The objective is to provide a comprehensive foundation in distilling and adapting control principles for real-time rendering so that new classes of such powerful software may be conceived and developed. |
