This paper introduces the idea of dynamics in cooperative games. The concrete case of multi-stage sequencing situations and
the difficulties involved in defining stable cost savings allocations for the games arising from these situations is studied.
The MEGS-rule is defined and proven to yield stable allocations. A characterization for the MEGS-rule is given. |
