This paper combines geographic information technology and casualties assessment model, research on how quickly to get the results of casualties assessment calculation. In this paper, we introduced GIS-based seismic casualties assessment system's principle and design, Five-story structure based system architecture, functional realize and other content. Use the 6.4 earthquake occurred in Ning'er County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province as an example to make once casualties assessment, and made a brief analysis of the results. |
