This article presents novel fuzzy and directional techniques in denoising colour images contaminated by impulsive random noise.
Novel approach has demonstrated excellent performance in image denoising and feature image preservation. Real-Time analysis
is realized on a Digital Signal Processor (Texas Instruments).
