Having analyzed the results of projects concludedsuccessfully in the last several years, we have shownproject management processes as quantitative data. Usingthose data, we have created a guideline for customizing theproject management processes. We have found outeffectiveness of the guideline by applying it to a couple ofpilot projects. The projects applied an iterative approach.Through the success of the pilot projects, we have alsodiscovered that the past data of a waterfall developmentstyle project can be used as analysis input for an iterativedevelopment project. |
