Title
A software defined radio receiver using the direct conversion principle: implementation and evaluation.
Abstract
A software defined radio with the analog stage using the direct conversion principle and the digital stage using DSP demodulator has been developed. The developed receiver realizes multi-band characteristic of 1.5 GHz and 1.9 GHz band and broadband characteristic up to 10 MHz together with demodulation function of pi /4-QPSK and GMSK, and overall receiver performance was confirmed.
