This paper presents methods for early quantification ofdigital to analog noise coupling at behavioral level. Themethods enable designers to both verify the behavior oftheir mixed-signal architecture and its sensitivity to noisecoupling. The high-level noise coupling simulation modelsare implemented as extensions to SystemC. |
