Abstract
Abstract In this paper we study the influence the DCCP transport protocol has on the end-user quality of video applications. We consider an application that aims to provide a video of constant quality to the user and introduce a model for such a source. The end-user quality of the application is evaluated in a variety of simulation scenarios.
