Title
Llaüt: Fuzzy Logic Based Selective Bot
Abstract
We introduce Llaüt, a prototype of a system to build a neighbourhood network of domains that are economic and socially related to a geographic region. For our study we require to build a network of domains that belong to Balearic Islands people, companies, organisations and local administration. Llaüt is composed of two major modules: a bot that retrieves html pages from Internet and a fuzzy logic module that decides the inclusion of new candidate domains. A small initial set of domains that accomplish similar constraints, the kernel, is given to the system. Every time the bot finds a new domain it calls to the fuzzy logic module to make a decision. The kernel is grown by adding those domains that are accepted by this module. This paper provides a description of Llaüt current state and some results obtained from different initial kernels. Moreover, an in-depth description of the fuzzy logic techniques is included.
