A Data-Flow Graphical User Interface for Querying a Scientific Database
Abstract
We describe the design principles and functionalityof a visual query language called SeeQL that representsdata retrieval and analysis operations as a dataflowgraph. A query is viewed as a sequence of relationalalgebra and other data transformation operationsapplied to database tables.
