Title
State-Space Averaging Of Switched-Inductor-Cell For Pwm Dc-Dc Converters Considering Conduction Losses In Both Operational Modes
Abstract
The presence of parasitics in the inductor-switched-cell of PWM dc-dc converters complicates the development of average-value models. Various models with different levels of accuracy have been developed using the switch-averaging and/or the state-space averaging approaches. In this paper, a new corrected full-order state-space-averaged model is set forth. The proposed model takes into account conduction losses associated with the cell's components and is seamlessly functional in both operational modes. The final model shows improvements over previously established models.
