Title
Enterprise transformation research approach and strategy
Abstract
Enterprise transformation inevitably requires knowledge that is neither resident in nor immediately available from outside the enterprise. Among the alternatives for obtaining this required knowledge is a collaborative research relationship between a university-based research team and the stakeholders involved in transformation. This chapter discusses some of the key issues in creating and sustaining such a relationship.
