By converting color face image into HSI color space from RGB color space, getting face image templates of H, S, I three channels, using HSI-PCNN algorithm extracts facial feature sequence of three channels, the feature sequence can be used for face recognition. Through experimental comparison, this method can distinguish facial features well and has Strong robustness. Compared to the original PCNN method as well as the others face recognition methods, the detection process of HSI-PCNN face recognition method is simple and the recognition rate is very high.At the same time, this method is easy to implement in embedded DSP system. This paper realizes face recognition using the method of HSI-PCNN which retains the color information of face skin, the innovation of this paper is to study the method of innovation. © 2013 ACADEMY PUBLISHER. |
