In this paper, we propose a novel data hiding scheme for audio signals in cepstrum domain. Cepstrum representation of audio can be shown to be very robust to a wide range of attacks including most challenging time-scaling and pitch-shifting warping. In cepstrum domain, we propose to embed data by manipulating statistical mean of selected cepstrum coefficients. An intuitive psychoacoustic model is employed to control the audibility of introduced distortion. Our experiment results have shown that the novel audio data hiding scheme in cepstrum domain can achieve transparent and robust data hiding at the capacity region of above 20bps. |
