Abstract | ||

In this paper, a differential-ramp based variable gain amplifier (VGA) technique is introduced. Using the proposed technique, digitally programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs) can be converted to analog controlled, dB-linear VGAs with minimum impact on noise and linearity.
