Research on the Evaluation Method for Enterprise Knowledge Management Performance Based on Triangular Fuzzy Number |

To evaluate exactly the performance of knowledge management (KM) is an important part of the construction of enterprise knowledge management systems. Based on enterprise capital, a performance evaluation index system has designed by using intellectual capital, organization capital and market capital as subjects in this paper. In order to realize quantitative calculation for qualitative index, a fuzzy calculation method, that is triangular fuzzy number (TFN) evaluation method is proposed. Then the method's theory and steps are discussed. Finally, the empirical study has been done on three IT enterprises, use TFN method to evaluate their KM performance, and some improvement suggestions are given based on evaluation results. |
