System development of residence property management based on WEB
Abstract
In order to making owner' life convenience and property management standardized, the B/S structure MVC model and SSI frame etc. are employed. System of residence property management based on WEB is empoldered combining with Java, JavaScrip, HTML and SQL language. The prospect of this system achieves register module, log in module, complaint service module, repair service module, parking space module, building information module and PIM module. The background of this system receives log in module, system user module, resident management module, complaint management module, repair management module and payment management module. The software application of residence property management based on WEB is vastly convenient the proprietors' lives and the proprietors' demand service from the property management company. The property management standard is developed.
