Innovation is a critical factor in the success of industrialcompanies. Therefore, there is an urgent need to effectively masterinnovation processes in an Extended Enterprise (EE) context. Thiswill pay back higher market share and faster market penetration.The main objective of the AIM Toolkit© is to provide the meansof stimulating the creation of innovative ideas specifically onpotential product/process improvements and on problem solving.Ideas are collected from people involved with the products andprocesses throughout the 'Extended Enterprise' and will be furtherdeveloped into innovations. The AIM system is based on the generalTRIZ principles. |
