Title
Knowledge Management: Overcoming The Knowledge Acquisition Bottleneck
Abstract
This paper addresses the bottleneck issues of knowledge acquisition and their impact on knowledge management. It introduces several solution approaches as the basis for problem solving models, which is further supported by the randomization and truth maintenance techniques. These techniques have the potential of offering new services for automated knowledge management and will open up new ways pertaining to how knowledge may be captured. The findings will also have impact on services as currently being offered by commercial tools and products.
