Spatial scales of tropical precipitation inferred from TRMM microwave imager data
Abstract
The local spatial scales of tropical precipitating systems were studied using Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) Microwave Imager (TMI) rain rate imagery from the TRMM satellite.
