In traffic micro-simulation research field, with the transportation network and number of vehicle growing, simulation with a single computer is getting more and more difficult even impossible. However, grid-based computer cluster technology is becoming one of the most suitable solutions to this kind of problem. In this article, we are going to introduce the achievements of grid-based technology in traffic simulation as well as present a P2P Grid-based Traffic Simulation model(PGTS). Besides, Performance analyst of PGTS will be given. |
