Three-Dimensional Visualization Of Major White Matter Tracts By Diffusion Tensor Imaging-Based Fiber Tracking |
Abstract | ||
---|---|---|
Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)-based 3-D fiber tracking is able to visualize displacement and disruption of major white matter tracts due to space occupying lesions. 3-D visualizing of the spatial relationship between a tumor and major white matter tracts may allow to preserve these deep-seated eloquent structures.
