Abstract | ||

In this paper, a necessary and sufficient condition for the space S 1 2 (Δ ( m ) 2 ) to contain a nonpolynomial is obtained, where Δ ( m ) 2 is a 2-dimensional Morgan-Scott triangulation. At the same time, we have obtained a sufficient condition (which can be conveniently examined) for the space S 1 2 (Δ ( m ) n ( n ⩾3) to contain a nonpolynomial. |
