Abstract
A single-chip ultra-wideband (UWB) receiver was developed using 0.18 mum CMOS technology, and inter-chip wireless data communication by integrated antennas was confirmed. Timing pulse and data pulse with on-off keying were alternately sent from a transmitting antenna.
