Title
A second generation linear low voltage BiCMOS OTA
Abstract
A multiple-output linear BiCMOS operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) with independent gain control on each output, approximately constant bandwidth and input range and low supply requirements is introduced. Experimental and simulated results verifying the operation of the OTA are presented
