Multiple-membership communities detection in mobile networks
Abstract
This paper addresses a problem of overlapped communities detection and its applications in mobile networks. The suggested method is based on "soft" communities detection using modularity maximization and may be used to improve efficiency of mobile advertisements and to make recommendations and missing links predictions. The method is applied for analysis of mobile users data collected at Nokia data collection campaign. In particular, we outline possible applications of soft community detection in single and multi-layer graphs.
