Title
Automatic segmentation of intra-cochlear anatomy in post-implantation CT of unilateral cochlear implant recipients.
Abstract
•We established that intra-cochlear anatomy and the labyrinth are symmetric.•We built a statistical shape model of the labyrinth.•We automatically segmented the labyrinth in the normal ear.•We automatically segmented the intra-cochlear anatomy in the implanted ear by exploiting the information of symmetry.•We report that the method accurately segments the intra-cochlear anatomy in the implanted ear.
