•We proposed description of methodological background for qualimetry of information fusion models.•We suggested the system of indices that evaluates the quality of models and poly-model systems; to develop a generalized description (macrodescription) of various classes of models.•We described the main properties of multiple-model complexes that should first be evaluated in their comparison and choice.•We analyzed the possible variants of the calculation for the evaluation of adequacy indices of models. |
