A novel methodology is proposed to enhance the computerized cognitive training process for people with visual and hearing impairments. The method employs a novel wearable haptic device for both the user's input and feedback from the computer system. A commercial-off-the shelf software package was selected for the application domain. An application programming interface is described to utilize the method initially for this software and other application domains in the future. |
