Wideband CMOS Amplifier Design: Time-Domain Considerations
Abstract
Time-domain responses of wideband CMOS amplifiers using several inductive peaking techniques are presented. Transient performance considerations are described, including the effects of transistor parasitics on settling and edge rates.
