As a result of the search for recurring elements in medical diagnosis, components of an ontology aspiring for generic medical diagnosis have been presented in earlier works and in this work, which allows semiautomatic translation of the natural language expert's description to its implementation. This article presents the most important aspects of the conceptual model, in particular the suggestion and confirmation relations are described that are considered central to the diagnosis. The characteristics of these relations have been exemplified in the diagnosis of colon cancer. |
