A Study On The Effects Of Organization Change On Employee Performance
Abstract
This thesis is based on the analysis of effects of organization change on employee performance, in particular on the discussion about the impacts on employee performance caused by organization structure change and organizational culture change respectively. It's concluded that a well-planned organization change with fully support from employees plays a positive role on employee performance, and an organizational culture change with employees' common value and interest promotes their performance.
