Our “multi-career paths (MCP)” program using “Role-model based e-portfolio (RMP)” is a support system to help students find their appropriate career, by presenting them with role models to imitate. Although the RMP was originally intended for the use of students' on-campus only, this paper extends it to alumnae as well. To archive it, the method for calculating students' achievements was readjusted, adding new information such as certificates they hold and the results of assessments in recommended subjects. This system was evaluated in the MCP program, and the obtained results demonstrated its effectiveness. |
