Modeling individual trust development in computer mediated collaboration: A comparison of approaches.
Abstract
•We develop a scale based trust balance model and a trust spider diagram.•We provide a sample analysis and comparison of using the two models.•A longitudinal case study of computer mediated teams for 2years is conducted.•We find many dynamic features in trust development by using the models.•It provides clues for future research for trust development.
