Have you ever wondered why a normal body temperature is considered to be 98.6 °F? The thought popped into my head the other day, and I really didn't have an answer. I decided to do a little research out of curiosity, and that's when I came across the term \"thermoscope,\" which fueled a broader interest in the history of temperature measurement. |
