Abstract
This paper presents an overview of results from a phenomenographic study that investigates critical differences and similarities in the ways people experience cross-disciplinary practice in engineering contexts. Study implications are discussed regarding developmental perspectives on cross-disciplinary ways of thinking, acting, and being.
