An embedded system development platform based on Java technology was proposed. The hardware and software architectures of this plaform are illustrated in details. Its function, key technique, and characteristics were described as well. Practical application upon embedded system for vending machine indicated that by using this platform it is easier to integrate the embedded system with network, and to extend the functions of system. By this way it becomes possible to raise the efficiency and to shorten the period of development of embedded system. |
