Abstract | ||

A novel full-wave precision recti. er employing a single current controlled conveyor (CCCII) with three outputs, two complementary MOS transistors, and a resistor is proposed. The circuit enjoys high input impedance, current controlled output, good zero-crossing performance, and linearity. Another current controlled precision recti. er with no external resistor is also derived from the proposed circuit. RSPICE simulations using real device parameters are included to verify the proposed circuits. |
